Giprotruboprovod’s employees have congratulated veterans and homefront workers on the eve of celebrating the 73rd anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
Employees of the Company’s Social Development Division visited each veteran’s home and brought gifts and greeting cards on behalf of the design institute’s management, praising the veterans for their stamina, courage and heroism.
Apart from that, 19 Great Patriotic War participants and homefront workers who used to work with the Institute and who remain the most esteemed and respected members of the Company were paid Victory Day bonuses, as set forth in Giprotruboprovod’s Collective Bargaining Agreement for 2017–2019.
Caring about veterans is a key line in Giprotruboprovod’s social policy. The Institute has an approved dedicated system of supplementary payments, social benefits and guarantees for war veterans and homefront workers. The system is used to assist in repairing housing, provide one-off holiday payments, reimburse medical treatment and medication costs and provide targeted financial aid.
Giprotruboprovod not only assists the veterans and homefront workers who used to work at the Institute, but also supports veteran organisations as part of the charitable aid to purchase souvenir and gift sets and arrange festive events.
