Giprotruboprovod summed up the results of the photo contest for the best photos on ecological activities

Giprotruboprovod summed up the results of the photo contest on the topic of ecological activities, organized as part of the Year of Ecology, announced in the Russian Federation and Transneft.

The contest was conducted from 21 March to 31 October 2017 in four main categories. Photos of industrial facilities of Transneft were presented in the category “From Baltic to the Pacific Ocean”. Peculiarities of nature in the regions of the company’s activities were presented in the category “The House We Live in”. The category “Historical Heritage” joined photos of unique cultural and art monuments, the category “Ecological Leader” presented photos on ecological themes.

The photos presented to the contest were placed on the corporate website of Giprotruboprovod; each employee could participate in choosing the winners by means of voting.

The photo contest prize winners are as follows:

- Sviatoslav Shevchuk, leading geologist of the Engineering and Geological Department of Tyumengiprotruboprovod Branch (“From Baltic to the Pacific Ocean”, the work “PEPS-1”);

- Aleksandr Knysh, chief specialist of the Information Security Department of Giprotruboprovod (“The House We Live in”, the work “Somewhere at the World’s End”);

- Elena Dziuba, 1st category engineer of the Construction Department of Moscowgiprotruboprovod Branch (“Historical Heritage”, the work “Life-Giving Trinity Church in Honour of the 1000th Anniversary of Christianization of Rus”);

- Artur Khakimov, chief specialist of the Electrical Engineering Department of Kazangiprotruboprovod Branch (“Ecological Leader”, the work “Blue Mist”).
